The only bad part is that waiting lines are so long, but as soon as you get a table the service is great. All the food we ordered was delicious. Worth while dining experience.

I’ve traveled all over the country, and this is hands down the best Taiwanese food I’ve ever had. Every dish we ordered was incredible, but the dim sum was on another level — perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor.
Two surprising standouts were the cucumber salad and green beans — simple dishes that Din Tai Fung managed to elevate into something truly exceptional.
The food alone would earn five stars, but the service from our server, Chloe K., was every bit as outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even more enjoyable.
My only regret is that I live in Florida and this restaurant is all the way across the country. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll absolutely be back. If you’re nearby, don’t pass this place up — it’s a must-try!

Quality has gone down at this location. The vinegar and soy sauce bottles all have wet rings under the bottles before using, leaving a mess on dark dinning tables that can get onto your arms and clothing if you are not careful. Staying away until quality picks back up.

So...I decided I wanted to try this place for my birthday. See what the hype was about...
Well, it was 100% worth it. It was just my husband and myself. I made reservations for 11:30 (we are early eaters). We sat down within 5-10 minutes if that. During our wait we got a menu and ordered. I already knew what I wanted since I have been looking at social media reviews and pictures.
We sat down and got two Coke zeros. I knew I should have tried th honey green tea lemonade, but I knew I wouldn't go wrong with a Coke Zero.
We ordered the baby back ribs (10/10), pork soup dumplings (8/10), spicy shrimp dumplings (10/10), sesame noodles (7/10), pork fried rice (9/10) and garlic string beans (1000/10). Everything was AMAZING! I didn't take any pictures because I wanted to enjoy my bday lunch. For dessert we did the mochi chocolate dumplings with the sea salt foam (1000/10). Literally what dreams are made of! My husband prefered it without the foam, and I licked it clean! Hahaha.
This place is definitely moving and shaking. It isn't a quiet intimate place, but it isn't scream at each other loud either.
We spent $150 on just the two of us with tip. We will definitely be returning for special occasions!

Our family loves Din Tai Fung.
We usually get takeout and everything is always so good and consistent.
Today we decided to dine-in because of the new passport option. As a mom to a child with special needs I thought it would be a good way for my daughter to try some new dishes.
The wait was long but the digital waitlist on Yelp made it easy.
The atmosphere was lively but comfortable and the food was amazing. The dumplings were perfectly cooked and the noodles were fresh and flavorful.
Amaya is an absolute sweetheart! She made sure we got a table near the front for my daughter and checked on us a couple of times which was so thoughtful.
Our server Alex was patient, friendly and really made the whole experience smooth and easy for me and my husband.
Dining out can sometimes feel stressful but everything went so smoothly. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed and it really made our day. We’ll definitely be back!

Their reservation system is not effective. You have to wait for over an hour for a table. The front desk and their services are bad. Not worth the time and money

Great food. A little over priced. Small portions for the price they’re charging. Overall nice experience.

Famous for soup dumplings, but the Arcadia branch feels less chaotic than others. Dumplings are delicate and full of flavor. Service is efficient and organized. Prices are higher than average dim sum, but the quality is undeniable. Always worth the splurge.
