not to be dramatic, but I'm gonna be DRAMATIC. in middle school my mom and I use to eat the roma tomato basil soup and it was and still is the best thing ever. this is what I love, it tastes the same as I remember. in my humble opinion, when I tell people of my favorite bisque/soup, it's this one hands down.not going to lie, I was expecting the artichoke spinach dip to be so-so but I was so wrong. Nordstrom cafe is hard to beat … food is good quality and if your lucky to have Shannon serve you , you will be getting top notch service . She also makes the best Arnold Palmers .I always skip the fast food in the mall and grab a bite at Nordstrom cafe .We are always satisfied .
There was a time when coming to this cafe was pleasant and even felt somewhat special and in par with shopping experiences at Nordstrom, but things have definitely changed, especially in the service area. Our past few visits were very disappointing and will unfortunately prevent us from wanting to come here again.Food quality is ok, but no longer different and doesn't taste as good and fresh as it used to be.
