There's no Marketplace Cafe anywhere in this part of the mall, it's all Nordstrom on both floors

not to be dramatic, but I'm gonna be DRAMATIC. in middle school my mom and I use to eat the roma tomato basil soup and it was and still is the best thing ever. this is what I love, it tastes the same as I remember. in my humble opinion, when I tell people of my favorite bisque/soup, it's this one hands down.not going to lie, I was expecting the artichoke spinach dip to be so-so but I was so wrong. I loved it. served hot as it should be with a warm rosemary bread.parking was easy to find. there's WI-FI, do I need to say more? the ambiance was calm and music was at a decent volume. not too distracting. there's air conditioning, again do I need to say more? all that is to sayyyyyy, if you're looking for a calm cafe with good food, Nordstrom marketplace is so underestimated and you should make it your next visit. that's all, happy eating!!

Food and service were great. Although a little salty for my taste. Menu is small ! Overall, a pleasant experience

Nordstrom cafe is hard to beat … food is good quality and if your lucky to have Shannon serve you , you will be getting top notch service . She also makes the best Arnold Palmers .I always skip the fast food in the mall and grab a bite at Nordstrom cafe .We are always satisfied .

There was a time when coming to this cafe was pleasant and even felt somewhat special and in par with shopping experiences at Nordstrom, but things have definitely changed, especially in the service area. Our past few visits were very disappointing and will unfortunately prevent us from wanting to come here again.Food quality is ok, but no longer different and doesn't taste as good and fresh as it used to be. Food will all come out at the same time, even when we ask that we get the soup/salad first. We were told by our server that they don't phase out the food! So we'd have to rush through soups/salads so that our entrees don't get cold.At the last visit, we asked for bread and were told that it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later and still no bread. Our server came out with the bread just as we were getting up to leave, so she turned around and took it back. She probably would've brought it out sooner had she not been distracted. At some point, the servers gathered in one area and were loud (seemed like they were celebrating something). They all then went to the outside area for several minutes, so everyone inside was left with no servers around, except for Anthony. He was the only one left cleaning tables and attending to customers. He was not our server, but he took over when our server disappeared and made things better.I love Nordstrom and hope they fix the issues with this cafe so that it can go back to being special, just like everything else is at that awesome store.

Very pricey. Really small portions. Not all that good. Never again.

Always a standout lunch here. The staff is always extremely courteous and helpful, the food is absolute delicious and well-portioned, and the convenience of calling in your order is a plus. Our go-to is the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich with a cup of tomato soup and the delectable crustini that accompanies it. I always opt for the unseasoned potato chips as my side because the salad can make the sandwich soggy in it's to-go form and the seasoned chips are a tad too seasoned for my taste. My daughter's go-to is the chicken alfredo with penne. They serve up the kid's meal with a gluten-free option that I find too chewy so we swap out for the penne. A lot of family and friends of mine have no idea this place even exists, its such a gem, truly. I'm hesitant to share how yummy it is for fear of having it get busier than it already is but it's a too good not to share.

What's on here for lunch after an unsuccessful effort to go to Din Tai Fung without reservations. By the way, they do take limited reservations now. Marketplace Cafe was thoroughly Pleasant with good food. I had a turkey and cranberry sandwich switch came with a side salad. The portion was generous and the price reasonable given how restaurant prices are up in the wake of the pandemic. We sat on the patio add a large table. Chairs are comfortable the table well shaded by an umbrella and the are pleasantly cool and breezy.

I must say that the chicken club sandwich is delicious. It is one of my favorite sandwiches. It is soooooo good! One of the best sandwiches around. I also got a cup of clam chowder, I wasn't expecting much, but it was delicious. I usually get coffee as well, but it was a hot day. They have outdoor seating as well. The staff is very courteous. We will be back!

This restaurant has first-rate service as well as yummy menu. One of the best restaurant in town. The meals came out quickly and the rates are fair. Will definitely recommend this spot.

I hesitate to write this because I don't really want you to go there (it's never crowded & I like it like that). The quality of food is outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly. They also have a sweet little patio outside where you can enjoy the breezy foothill weather. It's casual fare in that you pay first and then the waiter brings the food to your table. $10-15 lunch & beverage. Obviously I like stopping by before or after a shopping trip to Nordstrom - but surprisingly enough there was an equal amount of men and women enjoying the cafe.
