As usual, there was a long line in the drive-thru, so I opted for a walk-up
It wasn't as fast as drive-thru, but my food was hot and tasty.
Pleasant counter help, equipped with smiles and a pleasant attitude.

Im giving this rating because they got my order wrong. Not once but twice. After I checked my bag and noticed a burger was missing, I went a, let them know and ordering an extra combo then they forgot my fries. I ordered 3 shakes 2 strawberry and a chocolate. The strawberry shakes were straight liquid. It seemed like soda. The chocolate was just a little firmer. Maybe it was a bad day for them. Not sure. It was my first time at this location. I don't know if I'll try it again.

I love this location in Arcadia they have good food and great service.
It's the first time I've eaten outdoor at a fast food chain. As usual, the burger and fries were terrific, and the atmosphere was nice, just remember to sit in the shades.

I had always liked In-N-Out as a consistent treat. Recently, however, my grilled cheeses (animal style) have been coming with less lettuce and tomato, and the lettuce and tomato that is in the sandwich have been consistently sad and wilted. This decline in quality, along with an increase in the wait time, means I rarely come anymore.

Per usual drive thru line is long... But it moves pretty fast. Food was also decent... Tasted a little old and was also cold like it had been sitting, but it did the job when you're hungry.

There is a queue at any time, so it is the most convenient option to go out, but there are long lines during meal times and you need to wait patiently. The burgers are delicious and juicy. You can adjust the fillings of the burgers yourself. The texture is really different compared to other burgers. The fries are freshly fried from whole potatoes, so they have a soft texture but not that crispy!
