I had dinner at Kai Ramen in Arcadia and ordered the non-spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. It was delicious — rich broth, good noodles, and really satisfying overall. I’d definitely come back again.

We have been customers of Kai Ramen 4 years but because of destiny customers of this Arcadia location 2 years. Always worth the drive & with traffic on the 134/210. We are always greeted politely. The servers are always polite & detail oriented. Featured in the photo volcano ramen, spicy beef ramen, edamame, & spicy tuna crispy rice and gyozas.

Ordered a less salt Ramen. Finally I got a NO salt and tasteless of everything. Without salt, my whole ramen noodles is tasteless and no flavor at all. Usually the soup base should have some flavor but this one. .. Just rush to finish the tasteless ramen, pay and leave.😬

I really enjoyed their Kai White Ramen which is definitely one of their popular ramens! The garlic butter broth was very good. I would recommend if you love garlic. Their Tsukemen was good too if you don't want something soupy.

We went there for my daughter's birthday today. There was 12 of us all together. We had spoken to the waitress at the beginning about the buy one get one coupon from Facebook. This was what led us to trying this restaurant tonight. The food was very delicious with lots of flavor. The service was horrible. Our order was messed up and 2 of the ramens we ordered weren't made. So 2 people in my party had to wait even longer for their food. The water was never refilled. Then when it came to the end, the waitress didn't bother to ask us if we wanted to order anything else and just brought us the bill. I then once again brought up that we wanted to split the bill and also we had the coupons. She was very rude and at first didnt even want to redo the bill and at least use one of the coupons. Once you redeem them you have to use it that day so we wasted 3 coupons. When I asked to speak to a manager she then agreed to split it into 2 bills and she used 2 coupons. Then she added an automatic 18% gratuity which she didn't even deserve due to the lack of service we received. Needless to say due to the customer service we will not be returning as we have other ramen places closer to us with same great flavors. It was really disappointing because we had been looking forward to trying this restaurant out.

Solid, straight to the point spot for ramen. I got the Kai Red ramen and wife got the Tonkotsu Classic. The Kai red had a good kick, not too overbearing and the soup had a nice consistency. Wife enjoyed the Tonkotsu classic, nothing fancy, just well balanced and very familiar in a good way. For appetizers, we also got Takoyaki and Sesame Fried Chicken, which my daughter really enjoyed. I thought the Takoyaki was the sleeper. The Kai's Boba Milk tea definitely came in handy to cool us off, from both the ramen and the heat outside. I want to try the Spicy Miso and Kai's white ramen on our next run.
I love Japanese ramen but it’s a weeb restaurant to boot! Of course I’m going to cosplay and be over! Great service and the food was delicious! Perfect place to bring ur weeb friend over to geek out while you dine! Will be back again!

Kai Ramen in Arcadia did not disappoint. We tried the Tonkotsu Ramen and the spicy Volcano Ramen—both full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The crispy chicken appetizer was addictively good, and the Chashu Bao was tender and satisfying. Thai Iced Tea and Boba Milk Tea hit the spot. Cool vibes, friendly staff, and a cozy spot for a casual ramen night. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
