Not wasting any time to write this review. I am sitting in this restaurant enjoying a nice hot bowl of dumplings. The broth is very nice and not overpowering. The dumplings also have a very delicious flavor to them andfl for being the main attraction for the soup they too are not overpowering. I wish they had a place like this where I live. I would definitely stop and dine here again when I find myself in so cal.

Decent food and drinks but there are so many options both in the mall and out that I can't say this is a favorite. Got the popcorn chicken and it was okay but pretty expensive for what it was.

Very disappointed :/First time coming here and excited to try their drinks with my boyfriend. We both got a matcha milk tea. We notice that his drink didn't have Ice, and my drink did but the powder wasn't mix well for mines. We decided to get a Starbucks instead after.

Ordered the wonton soup and was really looking forward to it! It looked good and smelled great (seaweed and sesame oil!), but sadly the rest was not great. The wontons were way over cooked and mushy and were tasteless to boot and the broth was basically just hot water - no flavor at all. So disappointed.

This time around, I'm rating their drink. I got myself a lavender milk tea, which I'm very disappointed that they couldn't substitute the milk for non dairy. The drink itself was pretty good. But sadly I can't really drink it due to it having dairy. The service felt a bit judged, to be honest. But I understand I came in 5 mins before closing. But this experience I still give it a 2 star. Please allow substitute for milk.

It's our second visit & so far the colds we tried Slush Pineapple with Lychee, Mango Green Tea with Boba & Peach Oolong Tea were very refreshing, crisp, aromatic & balanced. They not only takes away your thirst but even cleanse one's palate. They are perfectly situated outside the mall with relaxing high chairs & tables to enjoy the air while sipping the goodness of Kona. Nothing beats their simple yet purely enjoyable drinks!

This place was really good and I wish I tried their food but I was with my family and we were eating at another spot. But I did want to get a drink here and it was so yummy, it was just a Peach oolong green tea with boba, but I would definitely have gotten another one. It was perfect on a day that was 99 degrees in Arcadia. They also had the boba keychains hanging around as decorations but you can probably use it as an ornament or something else to hang. It was super cute and it was $6 so I got one for me and my sister. I definitely want to go back for the food and get the drink again.
This review is for their popcorn chicken only. There's not a lot of stalls at the Arcadia mall that specializes in Taiwanese snacks like here, so I wanted to give this place a try. Honestly the popcorn chicken here is SOLID. I could not finish it all in one sitting, so this can definitely be shareable between two people. I ordered a mild and it was not spicy at all. I noticed they use the mala soup kind of spice. I'm honestly used to just a TapEx popcorn chicken, but the seasoning was interesting to try for this one. The store itself is not very well ventilated. Especially that now is summer, it was so hot inside the store and I started to even sweat from eating my popcorn chicken lol.

I have ordered many teas with boba before from other places and this is the first one that I think was not worth the price of $8 something. I ordered the Yogurt Lychee Green Tea under the yogurt section and got a drink that looked and tasted like iced tea lychee tea not yogurt...maybe I'm missing something but I've had other yogurt drinks and they were never like this one..and it didn't have lychee- just the flavor.

Oyyy..... the two girls working the cash register deserve these 2 stars. I asked for the manager info because of how bad the service was tonight, and the girl who works here said there is no way to contact them so I guess I'll have to express my concern through Yelp.1. They had the worst attitude for no reason as my husband and I were ordering our meal to dine in. The shorter girl actually gave my toddler a dirty look when she asked for a lollipop sitting by the cash register. 2. The music had words blasting b* and f* bombs, and I could hardly hear what my husband was trying to tell me as I stood beside him waiting for our food. I had to ask the two girls to change the music as it was inappropriate for the two toddlers dining in this place. 3. After those two annoyances, I sat down at a table and my arms are now covered in sticky residue because their tables are extremely filthy. We had to wipe down the table we sat at before we were able to enjoy our meal. Its confusing how dirty the tables were because there are only three families dining in at the same time as us. There is time to wipe up a table instead of standing there acting bothered by customers who actually want to eat here. My daughter and I are here for dinner because we absolutely LOVE their beef noodle soup. We come here at least once a week. Sad to say but we will not be coming back. Poor attitude at the cash register. Extremely dirty tables. And the absurd lyrics on blast with small children around. Mind you, we can now hear the two girls talk badly about us while we're eating, because I asked for the manager to reach out and express my concerns. Poor poor service. It's sad because this place is wonderful, food is good, but work ethic is lacking in the employees.
