The cakes are really delicious. The service is terrible for the price of a cake. Closed table sitting area 3hrs before closing time and told customers to eat the cake somewhere else!

Cakes are really good, and very expensive. The whole luxury cake thing is kind of odd since the association is not common. Good cake should be approachable, but this has become some sort of like the stuck up type. Not talking about the service, the ladies were friendly. But I’m saying the feel of the brand

I was eating my way through San Gabriel's food scene and decided to have dessert.
Located inside the Santa Anita mall on 2nd floor with plenty of parking. Some unique flavors of mille cake on offer included passion fruit, purple yam, jasmine calamansi, and matcha chocolate. The passion fruit tasted just like the fruit; not too strong with perfectly dense layers like you typically expect from Lady M.
Customers can devour their slice at the designated seating area just a few steps away with tables and chairs. A Lady M employee wearing glasses was "guarding" this area and when we asked about sitting there after our purchase she wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. Just ignored me which was the only negative about our experience! Lady M is not cheap so I expected better customer service.

This is a way-overpriced shop that sells a small slide of cake for almost thr price of a whole cake you can buy elsewhere. And the cakes don't even taste that good! What worse is the service. While this is supposed to be a "boutique shop", there's no elegance, class, or even professionalism from the sole saleswoman. She could not speak English, at least not well enough for non-Chinese customers to understand. She seemed to speak only Chinese. But that's not surprising since this franchise and the mall itself are owned by Chinese.

Price is super high for a tiny piece of cake that I can hardly see in that fancy box. Service can’t even speak enough English to answer simple questions. Well it doesn’t taste any different from other cakes. I’ve had better. Nothing special. If u r gonna charge us for the price of a lunch u better surprise us with decent portions and amazing flavor we never had before. Thank u
Almost $12/piece. Def expensive but after I try I would say I 90% happy.
I got the signature (10/10) and tiramisu (8.5/10)
No seats or tables. Just grab n go style.

It was my first time trying one of their slices of cake and it’s so delicious!!! The lavender matcha tastes almost like the Starbucks lavender matcha! It’s so good! I definitely want to try the rest of their flavors! Staff and service were friendly and accommodating. There is seating outside of the shop to eat.

Their cakes are custom-made and they're not sugary at all compared to other places. It's more crepe cake and so delicious. But these cakes are very expensive. I got the cake for $130 but we were celebrating for 2 bbday ppl, so it was fine!!! The service was good, and the ambience is just chaotic inside.

I’ve been ordering the signature crepe cake for my all my birthdays for the past 6 years! Because it’s my favorite cake. This year was the first year I ordered from this location. It was a cake for a work party. My co-worker picked it up. Everyone at work was excited to try it out because no one had it before and the cake was so disappointing. There was too much cream and it was overpowering. You couldn’t even taste the crepes. No one liked the cake. I’m never ordering from this location again.

It's a Lady M outlet in a mall - not much to say. The cakes are consistent with others I've had in the USA, but somehow the quality doesn't seem as good as their outlets in Asia.

Delicious, clean, great presentation.
Lady M Cake on the 2nd floor of Arcadia Shopping Center?
You can't help but love the chewy cream and moist layer you feel the moment you take a bite.
It's about $10 per piece, but they don't sell crepe cakes much these days, so if you see one, you have to eat it.
The fork that comes with it is made of plastic that looks just like stainless steel, but how delicate and sensible it is! Of course, the cake tastes best when cut from the end with a fork.

Love the cake but very bad customer to service. The staffs are very selective on who they want to service first. The two people behind me got their order before I did. I only order 2 slices. This seems to be trend since other people experience the same thing.
