My favorite place for spicy beef noodles in the area. Thats saying a lot since there are so many choices to choose from. Noodle quality is next level. You can watch the noodles being pulled by hand and it is amazing. Broth is very clean and flavorful. Lots of meat toppings.

I have eaten here twice in the past 10 days in Los Angeles Bay. I really think it is delicious. For Asians, pasta is indispensable. After eating burgers for so many days, it is really good to have a bowl of Lanzhou beef ramen. The boss is also very nice. Very hospitable, can only give five stars☺️

I enjoy coming here for their noodles and side dishes. I particularly like the Lanzhou Street Noodle, along with the Beef Tendon side dish. The Lanzhou Street Noodle contains sesame paste & peanut butter in beef broth with spinach and flavored peas (no meat). Oh, and I usually opt for the Wide Flat noodle (good chew and texture). Keep in mind the broth tends to be on the saltier side (I don’t usually consume all of it).
