Great Chill spot. Cocktails were made really good.
No self parking available. Good looks great. Sadly I’ll never know. I avoid valet parking if I can. As a titanium elite Marriott member was excited to try and new Marriott return at.
Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Thank you.
Such a great team, I love visiting and staying at the hotel.

We went there on Monday night, so it was really quiet. The food is surprisingly that beyond my expectations. Definitely will come back to try the bunch or high tea.

Longitude 118 is a lovely and modern American for all-day dining at Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia. I came here just for a reg coffee and butter croissant. Both were good. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Female staff is cute, amiable and professional. Prices were economically high. Service was on point.Overall, I had a good order experience. I recommend it.

Had a very very good meal here last night. I opted for the Ragu burger and it was cooked to perfection. The chips were fantastic as was the range of beers/wines and cocktails. Highly recommend and reasonably priced.
24-Hour Valet makes this place worth the stay. Jorge and John took care of my car day and night, and made it so easy to go in and out. There’s also a beautiful park, ample security and great staff... Second time here & will hopefully come back soon!
This hotel is extremely plush and the decor is perfect. It is chic and modern. My entire experience has been so peaceful and tranquil. Jorge Rivas greeted us with care. His demeanor is polite and courteous. Patrick GuitarBoy Hayes
A beautiful property that can easily be a relaxing resort for a rejuvenating vacation in a big city. Trouble was, it seemed to be functioning at half capacity. We visited at mid week, the hotel seemed very quiet. The lady at check in was extremely friendly and helpful, we requested and got a quiet room efficiently. We requested an extra luggage rack and it took several calls for it to be delivered. A lady in business suit brought it to us, we appreciated her effort, but somehow wonder what happened to the housing keeping staff. This hotel has a small but well kept ground, but seemed like a good part of it were closed to guests ( see picture below). This hotel also have a nice dinning room but unfortunate for us vacationer that like to sleep in, they closed at 11am. You had to eat lunch at the bar area which is served by one friendly but busy bartender. The driveway into the hotel is a one way raod, but had a post or some sort of structure in the midde. If you are not from the area, it could easily be mistaken as a roundabout where you turned your car around. That was exactly what two ladies did one afternoon, I heard someone sitting at the Valet station yelled at the driver that she was in the wrong way. Strange that she was feet in front of the Valet station and no one offered to help her who is obviously not familiar with the driving arrangement. Not a good sign for someone in the hospitality business. There were also quite a bit of traffic noise from the street. The windows were not particularly sound proof.
One night stay with Marriott Titanium free breakfast benefit. Asked for a non adjoining room and was given a handicapped room. Heavy room doors make a lot of noise when closed. Avoided the valet by parking on a street in an adjacent neighborhood but learned the hard way that the city of Arcadia prohibits overnight parking without a $5 per night permit. Found a $70 ticket on the car the next day. Ugh! There were no signs about this policy anywhere that I could see. Breakfast and the fitness room were fine. Enjoyed the view of the Santa Anita track but really unfortunate to think about all the horses that have died there.

Beautiful hotel and room. Everything was clean and well decorated. Nicely located near Pasadena and surrounding areas. The parking is valet parking and while they were very quick, the amount of tipping I had to do was ridiculous since I went in and out at least few times a day. I would highly encourage them to set a selfpark price or allow me to pay the valet price but get the car myself. While there was free coffee in the morning, it wasn't the best and the cups given were very small. I would prefer to have my own coffee maker in the room, if even to supplement the free coffee in the morning or tea in the afternoon. Don't miss Monarch donuts right up the street.
Booked a stay here for the long term stay rate. I unfortunately came down with a case of food poisoning the week before and couldn’t travel. Le Meridien was willing to let me rebook for a later check-in, but was unwilling to let me keep my long term stay rate even though I was happy to pay for the day or two I’d be late to check into my room. Reception was unhelpful in navigating the situation and was also unable to get me specific quotes on the cost of rebooking until I agreed to do so. Rather than spend energy I’d rather use recovering I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
Lovely new hotel - comfy beds, good shower, nice size rooms. Staff all really friendly and happy to help with questions and little requests like cutlery. Location was OK - about 30 mins from Universal / Walk of Fame / Griffith Obs, and closer to main road links. Also close to a large mall (and Cheesecake Factory if that’s your thing). Couple of niggles - the pool was freezing, so we gave that a miss. The valets were great, but it’s only valet parking. We’d have preferred to park our own and be able to nip back for things/ not have to wait for the car to be brought out (there was a QR code to order the car back, but it didn’t work for us - I think as a UK number). Overall would recommend!
Excellent service, delicious food, with a quieter ambiance. Perfect environment to relax and catch up
For my birthday. It was mostly quiet for the expletive service was kinda slow but the food and drinks were amazing.
