Please just do yourself a favor and buy a karaoke machine and sing at home.
Our bill almost came out to $450 dollars. For full transparency my friend paid $300 for a 2 hour room. Every minute you go over the time slot costs $1.75. 30 minutes cost us $60. There was a $50 service fee for this room that was not disclosed. Mind you, you could not call service to your room unless you walk directly to the front. The only time we got checked up on was a time warning.
You waste time trying to figure out the directory which is in Mandarin Chinese. If you’re english speaking, all you’ll get is an Ipad connected to a flat screen (again, just do this at home.) I do not think their pricing merits this kind of quality!!!!
Karaoke IS pricy but no one in our group expected $50 per person. Unless you’re willing to drop big bucks for pretty lighting please spend your money somewhere else.
PLEASE LOOK AT THE QR MENU I ATTACHED BEFORE RESERVING!!

We went here to celebrate daughters 19th bday, all ages welcomed, all ages had a blast from 9 yo cousin to 76 y/o grandpa singing Vincente. Victor, the lounge's host, wore many hats he was very friendly helpful accommodating and attentive to us and our party. We got the largest room for 25 ppl which 20 adults and 5 kids fit okay. Well AC'd and comfy couches clean room was greatly appreciated. Excellent selection of music, iPad to search songs worked well, great mics, all around wonderful experience for the family definitely will go back for date night, family fun, girls night, happy hour, etc... happy hour prices were great! Thanks Vic!!

July 2025 - 6 people on a Friday. I was excited to try this place but won't be back.

Went for happy hour. Says noon to 4pm but they actually open at 1pm. $35 per hour with a room service fee. They never came to check on us once and the workers were on their phone and not friendly when we walked in.

You go to the bar and order food or drinks. FYI there is a SERVICE FEE each time you order those too. What a joke.

I wouldn't call this the karaoke place. It's a glitchy tablet with speakers and a mic connected to YouTube. The other views were right when they mention that you spend at least half your time looking for songs.

We had a party of 20 and used the Large room for my son’s birthday. They allowed us to bring our own cake to celebrate. They all enjoyed the room and food. Staff was very accommodating

Super expensive, inconsistent service, and all you get for the rental is an iPad projected on a screen where you can play YouTube videos

ZERO services, rushing my friends out of the place while I was paying the bill. Not coming back for sure. They don’t check your ID and selling fake hard liquor (their goose and mixed w water).

I’ve been to Luxy a handful of times now and each time has been a great experience. I love the atmosphere, the drinks/food are good, and I get to choose whatever song I want even in Spanish. The microphones are high quality!

We had my mom’s 70th birthday party with a 70’s disco theme at Luxy. We booked 3 rooms, one large and 2 medium. We had the main room with the birthday girl and family and close friends, a kids room and 30-40 year old room. Camille the owner and Jessica took great care of us! I would definitely host another event here.

WARNING SCAM SPOT
went here and booked two hours for the small room that should have been around forty dollars an hour and they “upgraded” us without telling us to a larger room. Then charged us for some kind of package twice once per hour and then added a 15 percent service charge. By the time we checked out our bill was about 400 dollars. When we asked what happened they just talked to us in circles about how it’s our responsibility to read the policies that they emailed to us while we were in the room singing more closely. Other sad things were that we ordered food it was terrible and on top of that they scammed us for that too, we had ordered two different noodle dishes and when they came they were exactly the same and didn’t want to exchange the messed up one. The room had holes in the seats the doors were broken the karaoke itself was just an iPad that had YouTube , which they told us was also an upgrade that they charged us for too. Omgoodness everything was so sad, I can’t believe this happened.

This place is a textbook definition of a bait and switch. We reserved a small karaoke room $45. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger room for a bigger party. We were just a party of 4. Without permission, that threw us into a package that included alcohol but none of us drink. We ordered 2 different noodle dishes but they looked and tasted the same. Right before we paid the bill they told us that we have 18 drinks left so we just picked out sodas and water and took them home. The total for 2 hours of karaoke came out to $370 plus a $50 service fee. We were also charged extra for requesting YouTube, a charge that was never mentioned. This business preys on unsuspecting customers with sneaky contracts and dishonest pricing. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here.

This place is an absolute scam. If I could give it negative 10 stars, I would. We were blindsided by a ridiculous $370 bill just to sing for two hours—completely unexpected and outrageous. We initially booked a small room for $45 per hour, only to be *upgraded* without our consent to a standard room, where we were *forced* to purchase a package that included alcohol. None of us drink, so we were stuck with 18 sodas, which we had to take home like some kind of joke.

But the deception doesn’t stop there. There’s a hidden $50 *room service fee* they conveniently fail to mention. The food? Utter garbage. We ordered dan dan noodles and chong Qing noodles, both of which tasted *identical* despite costing $14 each.

Their excuse for upgrading us? We requested YouTube in the karaoke room—something they conveniently failed to mention would cost extra. Instead of transparency, they sneak in charges through a fine-print contract and make unauthorized changes to your reservation. This place operates on pure dishonesty. Avoid it at all costs.
