I understand that it’s a popular option in Southern California and doesn’t look visibly terrible in the grocery store, but the quality of any dish I’ve tried is so sub-par to what Vons offers that it isn’t a fair business match at the end of the day. Something like Panera Bread may make more sense.

Their machine for payments was broken but they let me wait in line, took my order just to tell me at the end their machine doesn’t work and their solution is for me to go make line at the Vons register and then return to them with the receipt to get my food. I have a 30 minute lunch break and I already had to drive to get here and you expect us to make the grocery line and then to still come back to show proof? Extremely unprofessional. You could just take cash and charge manually instead of making a customer jump through hoops. This is supposed to be a fast food service and instead now I wasted my lunch and didn’t even get food.

I came by to order food and noticed the workers did not wear gloves. None!! One of the workers serving the food or packing it in the box did not have gloves on. And his fingers touch the food. So I left.

Food was very, very salty. Portions were also very small. I recommend going innovation kitchen which offers better selection and wider menu options.

The noodles are very dry and have no oil. The orange chicken is hard and the employee mix the old cooked chicken with the new cooked chicken. They don’t throw away the old chicken and continue to serve them to customers. It’s not right because the old chicken is left for so many hours. I cannot eat or swallow because the chicken was so dry. Very bad customer service from this Panda location

This place stops making any food an hour before they close that is ridiculous and bad business practice.

I order Kung pao chicken and string bean and chicken breast. She gave me kung pao and teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce. My second order, I wanted a bowl with chow mein and walnut shrimp, I got fried rice and Beijing beef. I asked for utensils but she didn't give. Very very angry because I can't go back and exchange the order.

They advertise legitimate Panda Express coupons by the cashier (coupon code via qr code), but won't accept any coupons because they're in a Pavillions. The codes don't have any sort of disclaimer that mentions why it wouldn't work here, no signs to warn customers about a no coupon policy either. Kinda disappointing.

I've been going to Panda Express for years but there's been a change. I always order chicken teriyaki with the hot teriyaki sauce poured over the chicken. I also get the hot sweet and sour sauce. But now you don't have any hot sauces, instead they give customers cold packaged sauces that aren't very good. The sauces gave their food the extra flavor it needed, but since they've taken that away I haven't been back because of this change.
