It was our first visit, and the server kindly explained everything to us. We both customized our ramen based on their recommendations, and it was definitely worth it. The portions were generous, leaving us completely satisfied. The ramen is among the best we've ever had. The chicken karaage was okay, but we probably wouldn’t order it again. We highly recommend the ramen!
After a year or two, the hype has finally died down. I did not have to wait long to be seated for a weekday dinner. I tried Ramen Nagi in their Northern California location many many years ago, so this was exciting that they are now in Southern California! Located inside the Santa Anita Westfield mall, they're next to Macy's. You can park at Macys then walk through the first floor and reach Ramen Nagi to the right.

Staff is very helpful when it comes to understanding how to fill out the order form while waiting in line. Once seated, your order form is taken by the staff and food came shortly after. About 10 minutes wait after seated.
