BEWARE!!On 2-3-24 between 7:15 & 7:28P after choosing pizzathe only female assisting me grossly! began SCRATCHING! her hair and wiping her face! Then continued! to handle food WITHOUT! WASHING her hands! After seeing this UNSANITARY!! practice! I lost my appetite and asked for a refund! As she saw how disgusted I got as I noticed all this. She had the nerve to give me facial expressions like I had the problem. Shame on that employee! Because of this, I will never buy from this place again. I doubt I am the only person that cares about health and safety practices when it comes to serving food and beverages to the public. Inexcusable.

Rude customer staff. Upon entering I was super happy and excited to eat here. The staff Abby, Joselyn and Joseph had bad vibes at my experience here. They gave a strange stare and look at each other each time I order a food item. The only friendly person is Noe at the cashier. He was so nice and tried to make me feel more comfortable and apologized about the experience. Looking at the reviews on here I see it's a REPEATING pattern of behavior from the staff. The manager needs to retrain their employees about customer service. I have also reported online complaint about the experience if want to improve and save the business. The service needs to be better.

I was helped out by Juanita she was the best! She was so sweet and didn't mind me asking so many questions! I LOVED her service! Employees like Juanita deserve recognition, her friendly and professional attitude was remarkable. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with the ziti pasta. The food is prepared fresh and it's always delicious. I love how kind the employees are at this location they make you feel prioritized in an instant! The manager is doing an incredible job because they all always have a positive demeanor. I'll be sure to stop by next time I am at this mall. Not to mention the area is always clean and sanitized, right before I approached to order the young girl Juanita was cleaning sanitizing outside! The best time to come is on weekdays, during the weekend it gets super busy! The employees are so encouraging and friendly despite the chaotic lines they get all day on weekends ! So regardless whether you come weekend or weekday you'll be satisfied with your visit!!

Lately the guy in charge has been acting up. When the mall had special hours of opening I was about to order when the worker yells 15 more minutes. Don't they suppose to have the food ready before they open? We went again this week and they scream at you ..well is better if they just put a sign that says we are not open or we don't have food ready. That's when we go and spend our precious money somewhere else.
I left without consuming due to the rudeness and bad treatment of Jackelin the cashier. lousy

Great pizza. This here pic, is of a mushroom and spinach pizza. Kid friendly environment, traffic everywhere. Take it to-go if u want. Do not do delivery ! Save your disappointment. This pizza is mainly for people who want a quick and cheap bite. Nothing more, nothing less. If u want even, just good, or ok service, Go elsewhere. This place doesn't provide. Don't even waste your time. Get the food and go !!. Run away! Far away. You can re-heat the pizza at home. Better service there. Someone needs to manage that place..

Pros: 1. Mainly convenience if you are at the mall and want some pizza. It's not great but it's not bad. 2. I do like that everything is generally available - as opposed to many pizza shops where only 1-2 flavors are available by the slice. Cons: 1. Food isn't great so it's not my first choice - I wouldn't drive here just for this. 2. Service is not very good.
