An old restaurant opened by Taiwanese more than 20 years ago, with many local snacks. Today, the two of them only had chicken drumstick rice and pork rice. Unfortunately, it is now pork rice and there are no dried bamboo shoots, which is very disappointing... The business used to be very good. I miss the Taiwanese taste. This is the right place to come, the taste hasn’t changed, it’s still delicious!
We’ve been coming to Sinbala ever since they opened nearly 30 years ago. The quality of food have not changed a bit. It’s great to see they continue to thrive and service the Arcadia area.
Must stop Taiwanese quick food, if you are in the area. My favorite is the Taiwanese sausage. There is no where else that makes the sausages as good as Sinbala. Beef noodle soup, Pork stew rice noodle, eel rice and the Brown Sugar Shaved Ice are amount our top picks.

Service is very fast. The price is not super cheap but it is reasonable. We got 麻辣豆乾 (spicy bean curd), 香腸 (Sinbala sausage), 炸排骨乾麵 (fried pork chop dry noodles), and 扣肉飯 (pork belly rice). The portions are pretty large. The pork chop was dry but crispy, so I have mixed feelings about...
