Really like this one. Like the gruyere bacon bites, no carbs! Good decaf, quick service, plenty parking, clean bathroom, 24 hours open, across from jack in the box. Annoyed that their promised free refills were only for people that sit in store. I prefer my car.
Normally, everything's just about perfect when I stop by after work. Today, I ordered a grande iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso. The ice was filled all the way to the top and there was no horchata flavor. After 3 decent sips, I was nearly done with the drink. I guess I can just chew on the ice now. Maybe a new trainee or something. Just not a happy experience this time around.
Usually when I go here I’m not in a rush, I go inside, order, and get my drink within a few minutes, pretty expected. Yesterday I was there, in more of a rush heading to a work meeting, it felt like the gentleman could sense my urgency- they took my order and got me my drink in what felt like a minute - thanks!
