Food Court - great selection
I knew that Jajang noodles were Korean but I’ve never seen it offered in a Chinese restaurant. It’s different from the Korean style next door in a few ways.
Noodles were rice rather than egg noodles.
Sauce is a bit drier than K style and less meaty.
Overall, it’s not bad but I think the K style next door at Kyongdong is better

It's a hidden gem we found.
沸腾鱼片and 宫保鸡丁饭 are the best if you are looking for authentic Sichuan food.
沸腾鱼片 is the same taste as the one I had in China. You don't find such authentic food often in the US.
宫保鸡丁饭 is so delicious as well.
You need to help yourself to get the food and return the plates, as it's in a food court inside hmart. But that's fine. It's the taste that we are coming for.

Szechuan Bistro, located inside the Hmart food court, offers authentic Szechuan cuisine with excellent food quality. Their fish dishes, especially the Sichuan Boiling Fish and spicy fish, are highly recommended, and upgrading to live fish is a must. Other popular options include the mapo tofu, spicy eggplant, and Napa cabbage with jellyfish. While portion sizes may be small, the flavors are rich and packed with flavor, although some dishes can be quite oily. Service is minimal, but kind and fast, and seating is communal, which can be a bit difficult due to the close arrangement of chairs. The food makes up for these small inconveniences, and the overall experience is enjoyable.
