Parking: Limited parking in plaza but there's an underground parking lot that has an entrance in the middle of the plazaAmbience: Fairly empty when we went in. Cute decor and good amount of seats!Service: They forgot my Oreo topping, but gladly added some on afterwards with a gentle reminder :) friendly overall Taste: Got the Royal Ceylon milk tea with tiramisu and Oreo topping--quite good, especially with the oreos. It even came with the cutest little shovel (spoon)!
Great service but the drinks don't taste nearly as good as the one in Ktown. I don't know what's changed, the drinks were all a little ... Light or watery. Tried four total with my friends.

I can only do a review for the roasted oolong tea w cheese foam! I originally went to the San Gabriel location and fell in love with the tea and foam. The tea was brewed just right. Can taste all the flavor notes of the oolong! The cream was THICC and salty and delicious!
