I got a fruit tea with boba right off the bat it tasted just like plain tea which is fine I wouldn’t have complained, but once i tasted the watermelon in it I had to go back in and ask for a refund. The watermelon clearly had gone bad, it was super soft and tasted so fermented and bitter the boba as well was just super soft with not taste. When I went back in and asked for a refund the cashier told me he doesn’t know how to do it and didn’t even offer to re make till i asked even though I just wanted my money back. My lip is pretty itchy now and i’m hoping it’s just something simple that will go away, but yeah I wouldn’t really recommend this place. Clearly the C from the food inspection on the window was right on point.

Terrible service. I ordered 25% sugar black milk as usual today, it tasted like diabetes and the server (a girl with black glasses) denied the fact. never coming back.

I can only do a review for the roasted oolong tea w cheese foam! I originally went to the San Gabriel location and fell in love with the tea and foam. The tea was brewed just right. Can taste all the flavor notes of the oolong! The cream was THICC and salty and delicious! So thicc that they even gave shovel looking spoons for you to scoop, well I hope that's what the shovel is for! Pictured us the peach oolong w cream and regular oolong with cream. Inside is so cute. I would stay there to study! Service was quick and almost nonexistent, but in a good way. He took our order, then immediately went to the back to prep. If there was a kiosk to order, IDK if we would actually see a human! Except for when they bring the drinks out! LolOolong is my new flavor of the month!

Came there before 12 pm and didn’t realize that they only open at 12. Only one staff was there and she seemed busy and not welcoming. The tea was good though.

Parking: Limited parking in plaza but there's an underground parking lot that has an entrance in the middle of the plazaAmbience: Fairly empty when we went in. Cute decor and good amount of seats!Service: They forgot my Oreo topping, but gladly added some on afterwards with a gentle reminder :) friendly overall Taste: Got the Royal Ceylon milk tea with tiramisu and Oreo topping--quite good, especially with the oreos. It even came with the cutest little shovel (spoon)!

Very rude and inattentive. The employee walked up and did not greet us. He simply stared at us until we asked him a question about the menu. He also refused to make any adjustments to our drinks when we asked to remove things from the drink. Overall did not feel like he wanted us there.This was my first time trying this type of drink and I won't be returning after this experience. The drink was average. Nothing absolutely terrible or great.

I came at 9:30pm on Saturday because Yelp says they close at 10pm, but when I arrived the guy in the back said they close 30 minutes early. If that was the case, this store needs to update their times so other people don't mistake of coming here! Their business hours on the door even says they close at 10:00 on Saturday. This is False Advertisement!
Great service but the drinks don't taste nearly as good as the one in Ktown. I don't know what's changed, the drinks were all a little ... Light or watery. Tried four total with my friends.

I just finished lunch with family at a restaurant at the plaza and my cousin was craving boba. Luckily this place was close by and we had some.I ordered the brown sugar latte with egg pudding and red bean. I opted out of the boba. The coffee was good and the red bean with egg pudding was great. I wanted to add boba but adding it would mean less drink so took out the boba. Still a delicious drink overall.Definitely a solid boba,desert drink spot & id love to try their other menu items.

I was waiting and cane in well before closing and after 5-10 mins with. I answer the person comes out and tells me we are closed. The audacity! Laziness! Why put it that you are open till 9:30 if you want to close early. Just put 9:00!

3.5 stars for Oolong MT (less sugar and ice + pudding)The tea portion was terrific, nothing less of what you would expect from TanCha. The pudding was pretty firm today, so much so that I finished the tea so much earlier that all that was left was 1/4 cup of just pudding because it didn't really go through the straw evenly.

I just got into something to drink here, and I found their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea on menu. I just tried it and it was so tasty. I liked it more than the regular brewed ice tea. It's just around $5. 50 only but they give it in a very nice class, it looks pretty good and professional. The ambience and the service also here was so nice. I love the tea cup It's so nice and strong. Funny thing is, don't drink with straw but drink directly from glass. Then only we can taste this real tea.
