This review is for the CBTL at the Arcadia mall. My GF and I have been here many times. The good: Convenient location and drinks are delicious. I've been drinking Starbucks matcha lattes consistently for 15+ years. These are better. The bad: Employees are relatively indifferent. They request a name for the order, but there are no names or stickers on the cups. Nobody knows whose drinks are whose at the pick-up counter. This is a VERY easy fix. Management is completely apathetic and won't fix it, thus a steady parade of mediocre reviews that result in no improvements. Somebody slept through Business 101.

The baristas at this location are amazing! The cashier with the pretty piercings took my order and was so pleasant and sweet to me that I left feeling better than I did before I got there. Truly a wonderful experience, great iced tea too! I recommend the Tropical

This business is a BIG joke. I ordered and paid for a muffin to bring home for my kid (who reminded me all day LONG not to forget buying it for him) 10/16/2023 around 7 pm using their app. I came to pick it up after work 8:30 pm and they were CLOSED already (while their hours in Google Maps says they are closed 9 pm). I waited 10 minutes but nobody came. There was a handwritten note with capitals: CLOSED EARLY DUE TO UNSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES (with a laugh emoticon). The muffin is only $3 something, but I disappointed my 4 yo ASD kid much more than any amount of dollars you could think of. When I came back today, a day after, none of those 4 staffs said sorry, it was like what happened last night was just a normal thing for them. I wonder if the business owner realized that people they hired are much worse than unfunny clowns!!!

The Baristas at this location are lazy & ignore their costumers. Wait time for a coffee can take between 22-40mins. They need to go back into training.Last experience I had, I waited in line for 10mins, only 1 person was ahead of me & 3 people behind me& the batista was chatting with the other employees about whatever.Anyways I ordered 2 drinks... afterwards it took 17mins to make 1 drink. While they continued chatting about whatever randomness, I asked about my 2nd drink, and the young lady just glared at me & said okay... looked at the screen and continued chatting with her coworkers..She took 2 others orders & made those orders on the spot.Another 15mins passed, I asked again a out my 2nd drink& it only took her 1 min to make. She gave me another look again & mouth something softly.2 ice coffees should not take 40mins to make especially if they're not busy at all..Impressions of this locations are not so good. Please avoid. Until they hire better staff with better experience.

Staff saw me standing in line and she didn’t say anything till next guest came after me. She said her line actually started from the other side. So I asked her why she didn’t say anything before the other guest came. She had no answer. Obviously I left without buying

11:55am, 4 staff members and 3 out of the 4 chat while 2 customers wait at the register to order. We eventually walked off. Both of us. I’m on break, I can’t wait forever. 1 poor girl was down there making all the orders. Ridiculous.

Today on sept at around 1 pm I ordered 2 single drinks and one of them was wrong and I told the girl that this wasn't my drink and that I had a vanilla ice blend and she proceeded to pull out on screen that this was what I had ordered with an attitude and I said okay but this was still not my order she then proceeded to walk off .I only order one drink !! I didn't make a disturbance since a line had started to form .

Staff Members ignore costumers that are waiting in line. while they have conversations with others, just holding up the line. When it's busy I understand that drinks can take up to 40mins to make, but when it's not busy at all.... u waited up to 30mins & they were just Chitt chatting about whatever randomness such as make up & not brewing the coffee I ordered. I had to remind the young employee that I had ordered about 22 mins prior & no one else had been in front or behind me in line to take that long. she just gave me a look. When 2 others came to order, she worked on theirs first & I had to ask her for my order again in which she finally started making it which only took her about a minute to make an iced coffee -_-. This coffee bean is the worst!!!!!. The Older woman is so friendly & sweet & I couldn't ask her anything because she went on her break. The younger Guy & Younger Girl are so lazy & need to be trained better! I don't recommend this spot at all.

Took 25 minutes to fill our order even though they were fully staffed with 4 people working the machines. They got the order wrong. So had to wait another 10 minutes until they redid them.

3:10pm Tuesday 13 of June . Honestly disappointed. Was in line for 5 min and all the employees did was talk to each other and not a single one acknowledged me .
