I called ten times trying to order a togo tofu soup but the calls were not answered. I drove to the store and asked the owner why the phone was not being answers. The I wer said they were so busy so they didn’t pickup the phone to receive takeout orders. The owner didn’t apologize for my inconvenience.
Will not come back. Rude service!

Nice mom and pop restaurant. Came to pick up my order but there was a mix up and they had to remake my order. While I was waiting they were very kind and apologetic. I really appreciated that. Also to food is delicious. The kimchi and cucumber sides arent overly sour or sweet. Perfectly balanced.

Food 5/5, friendly staff and the rest I forgot because the food is why I come to this place. You don’t go to a hairdresser to stare at the the door trims or ceiling fans.

The food was UHMAZING. Sort of fast. I’m new to this style of presentation and was a little put off by the server when I said ‘spice level 0’ & didn’t know to immediately put the egg in the soup….we wandered in off the street after shopping somewhere else. I get it, I guess I looked stupid. Appreciated that it was a quiet place and watched some other people to understand what to do with the empty metal bowl. I feel “pro” now & will likely try again. The food really was amazing even without kimchee & red pepper paste :)

Been going here for years. Very consistent with their tofu soup, hot stone rice and barley tea. A friend recently wanted to go to the one in SG, but the rice they served at the SG location smelled sour. They also charge more for the same dishes at the SG location. I’m glad that the Arcadia location is reliable for our tofu soup cravings and fair price

Delicious food, fast service. I love the mushroom soup! Add some background music it would be a nice touch.

Not from the US so don’t use US cards often. This place doesn’t take AMEX, so I used a visa which hasn’t been used in years. This is the ONLY place where I used this card. Immediately the next day, I’m having charges to my card from a different location.

The waiter here is 100% the culprit for stealing the card details. It’s unfair to the business who will be receiving a 1-star review, but this is a serious matter. Will NOT be returning. Still contemplating on escalating this situation with authorities.

This place is amazing, I would highly recommend to anyone experienced or new to tofu soup. The prices are also very reasonable and the food is incredible

Servers are pretty rude, price is too high for quality. When I dined here, a lady was playing a video on full speaker volume and none of the staff said anything. Seemed like they knew each other as they were speaking the same language and were chatting a few times, so of course the workers didn’t tell them to turn off the video. Made the whole restaurant seem like a food court with all the noise.

This was the absolute worst tofu soup I've ever tasted. The kalbi also seemed poorly cooked, as if the pan wasn't hot enough. It's easy to see why the restaurant was so empty on a Saturday night.

ordered spicy sausage and kimchi hotpot/部队锅. small portion for $45.99. Tast just fair. Togo hot soup was inside foam container which is not heat resistant.

Please close down as soon as possible. There are people who eat this kind of junk shop.

The portions are tiny, prices are high, and food was just so so. Not going back.

We ordered short ribs with tofu soup combo, chap chae, and eel rice pot. There were 6 very small ribs, and the chap chae size was laughable. Almost like the size of a banchan. And we were charged $90 for the food, which is ridiculous. The eel over rice tasted like an $8 frozen eel put over rice (and it probably was).
