“Everything was amazing. Fresh made hummus. House brewed Mexi Cali beer. Yummm. We will definitely be back.“
“Spacious area with outdoor seating, excellent selection of inebriants + nonalcoholic options, adjacent food truck with insanely yummy food + outdoor seating (but not pet-friendly 🥲).
On a Saturday afternoon in November the place was lightly filled, and bar service immediate. Truck food was fresh-prepared so took a bit, but you get a buzzer so no need to stand around twiddling thumbs.
I had the vegan Yogi Bowl which was outstanding (and spendy at $18, but it was enough for two meals) and thoroughly enjoyed the array of ingredients & flavors. 🥗🍚🍲
This is the only bar I’ve found so far that carries both a Belgian Tripel (in the correct glass) + cider + kombucha + root beer on tap. 👏🏼👏🏼
The only downside is that the view from the patio is basically a wire fence & parking lot (or the nearby thoroughfare), but if you angle your seating you can see forested mountains⛰️ in the background. 😉“
“Never leave reviews but boy the food here was amazing. Travelling from Australia and the beers have to be the best I’ve had in the states. Shouts to my boy Marco who was killing it with his service, give my man a raise or something because he works his a** off. Much love“
“Left a birthday party over at Flips for Kids to have a celebratory brew. Redwood Curtain beer never disappoints! Pour staff we're very friendly and let us sample a taste or two before we decided on our final pints. They pour in a 20 oz pint glass so you get a full pint of beer!“
“The staff are super nice and friendly and the vibe is just so awesome; a great place to grab a drink and some good food and chat it up with your own peeps or mix it up with the locals.“
“I absolutely loved this place! Unfortunately, I was only visiting Eureka, but both nights went to Humboldt cider.
It’s in a huge space, extremely high ceilings, bit of a warehouse feel, but with an artsy edge.
Lots of different seating arrangements, incl. an area looking out of the building where there was probably a giant garage door at some point (providing open air vibes), couches, small and large tables, and a smaller area, partially enclosed for more intimate room (it can be rented out for parties or what have you).
Extremely reasonable prices.
They don’t carry food per se (they have chips & brownies) but there was always a food truck parked in front.
The ciders themselves, I thought they were delish and they had a good variety. They also have plain pressed cider/nonalcoholic cider.
Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in cider suggestions and letting me taste.
Be aware, they are only open four days a week, I think. So check on that before going.
They have a bunch of board games and a couple skee ball games. Bring quarters.
Casual and comfortable atmosphere with yummy cider – definitely check it out!“
“great play super friendly everything fresh and locally sourced way to go“
