Family and I LOVE all of these (organic unbleached flour) breads from this bakery, we have bought the ladybug rolls, French style loaf, the pumpkin currant bread, from couple of local grocery stores (North Coast Co-op and Rays in Fortuna) and on my way to the airport, I am filling my carry-on with as much as I can take back home to eat and share.
No extra ingredients or preservatives, just great bread!!! You get what you pay for, excellent quality.

Pretty tasty bread but is it possible to get a single loaf without a giant hole in the middle????

French quality bread!! As a European that’s lived in the US for five years and quickly gave up on American bread, this bread literally brought a tear to my eye - it was so good!

Don’t pay attention to anyone crying about this or that. This place makes bread ?. The kind of bread you can have for dinner. The kind of bread that people fly to France to eat. This is by far the best bread I have had in North America period. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent fresh bread and pastries; almond croissants, chocolate croissants, sticky buns, cookies. Fresh specialty breads. Store entrance around corner.

I’m enjoying the roasted sunflower seed bread and the luxury of having it sliced.

Great bread, organic, addictive

$17.50 for a tuna sandwich. No thanks. Quiche was dry and withered and the salad greens were 50% wilted. Coffee was good though. Try the Honduran single origin but eat elsewhere.

Please put the extra safety bag back on the bread during this pandemic, then I’ll buy it again.

Brio serves the best almond croissants in Humboldt.

Great place if you can afford it and you get someone to help you. My girlfriend and I went there to get coffee and we were waiting for like 15 minutes. The girl who helped us forgot about us and I asked someone else to help us. The girl who took our order was trying to avoid us. Great customer service.

It’s really good bread. Not much else to say about it.

My favorite bread. I moved out of Humboldt 11 yrs ago but when I would come visit my dad would stock up on it and always sent me home with a couple loafs. Actually came to their Facebook page to see if I can get it shipped down to SoCal but ended up leaving this review. Go get you some, you won’t regret it.
