This is by far my favorite food truck in Humboldt. The steak melt has become my favorite comfort meal and my go to meal at the Friday Night Market. I love getting a side of kimchi as an extra side to eat as lunch the day after having the steak melt for dinnner.
Best food truck in Humboldt no doubt about it, if you want a real meal that would make you satisfied for hours would definitely go for the steak mealt sandwich (comes with really good fries and house made mayonnaise) or the fusion plate (stake, rice, beans, farofa and Brazilian house made vinaigrette)
The staff are the best people too, really friendly. Definitely worth a try!!
