The Danish pastries were the best I've ever had. Sooo incredibly good. I got a second one later in the day.The blueberry filling was perfectly sweet and a delicate melted texture I was so pleasantly surprised by.The crust was the best part though. Distinct layers of buttery, crispy perfection. ?Thank you for the delicious treat. I hope more people enjoy what you have to offer.

My husband and I were in Ferndale for the Humboldt County Fair and our friend recommended Patches. We ate breakfast there both days as the food is so good and the owner, chef extraordinaire (Patch) is a wonderful human being and astute and caring businessperson. We tried the macaroon and snickerdoodle cookies-YUM! Our tastebuds were treated to something new and wonderful by the Porker Sandwich a sandwich with salami, prosciutto, goat cheese and spicy jam (forgot name). The sweet tooth Belgium waffle was perfection. I wish we were there to try everything on the menu. The restaurant itself was super fun, full of old pictures and county fair memorabilia.

What a sweet little gem! Visited yesterday while at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds. You can also find Patch's baked goods at several other retailers around Humboldt. we went for the oatmeal and chocolate chip/sea salt cookies. no pics because they were eaten too quickly. Proud to support this young, talented entrepreneur!

Went to the Ferndale Fairgrounds and purchased the most wonderful maple sweet bread cinnamon rolls that are to die for, not to mention the other treats, danishes and the such. Best I have had in a long time. And the service and energy was what made it all the sweeter. Great job. Will recommend and keep going.

Highly recommend! Patches Pastries was able to accommodate my special request of making a fruity pebbles cheesecake, and not only was it beautiful but it was delicious! Great customer service and convenient ordering and pickup too.
I ordered the cinnamon rolls for my partner's birthday and they were by far the greatest ones we have ever had. Cinnamon rolls were the only thing my partner really wanted on their birthday, and they literally cried with joy from how delicious these were. Not only we're the cinnamon rolls great, but the customer service is also amazing. I was able to order these the day before, but you can also order them up to 3 months in advance. Overall this is an excellent, local, small-business that I am so excited to keep ordering from.

Ordered a dozen everything cookies and a strawberry rhubarb pie, all vegan. They were the best desserts I've had in a while. I've bought from different bakeries in LA and SF Bay Area but patches takes the cake in quality but also flavor. The rhubarb and strawberries were at their peak of perfection.
