My husband and I were in Ferndale for the Humboldt County Fair and our friend recommended Patches. We ate breakfast there both days as the food is so good and the owner, chef extraordinaire (Patch) is a wonderful human being and astute and caring businessperson. We tried the macaroon and snickerdoodle cookies-YUM! What a sweet little gem! Visited yesterday while at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds. You can also find Patch's baked goods at several other retailers around Humboldt. we went for the oatmeal and chocolate chip/sea salt cookies. no pics because they were eaten too quickly. Proud to support this young, talented entrepreneur!

The Danish pastries were the best I've ever had. Sooo incredibly good. I got a second one later in the day.The blueberry filling was perfectly sweet and a delicate melted texture I was so pleasantly surprised by.The crust was the best part though. Distinct layers of buttery, crispy perfection. ?Thank you for the delicious treat. I hope more people enjoy what you have to offer.
