SALT Fish House has a fun and creative atmosphere with warm and upscale decor. The service is professional, and the restaurant is clean with a comfortable ambiance. The steelhead dish is a highlight, while the Ahi burger was disappointing due to overcooked and flavorless ahi. The fish and chips received no complaints from teenage foodies. The cioppino has a generous amount of shrimp, but lacks other varieties of seafood. The Caesar salad with grilled shrimp has great dressing, and the shrimp is perfectly cooked, although the romaine is a bit wilted. The key lime pie and carrot cake are delicious. The fries and broccolini could use more flavor.
