Mediocre, overpriced small portions of sushi for people who don't like raw fish. The fish itself was fresh and tasty but most of the menu was cooked or smoked fish and the portion of raw fish that I got was not served with any rice or anything that made it stand out at all. We came here for dinner during our road trip to the area. Tried the shrimp tempura, edamame, lemon salmon sashimi, salmon donburi (new seasonal) and the Alaskan sushi. The sushi, donburi and tempura were great.
Sushi Spot never disappoints! The staff are attentive and knowledgeable about all things sushi. The menu has a wide selection of delicious sushi rolls with every possible filling you could imagine. There are six or seven different types of vegetarian rolls, and the miso soup can be ordered vegetarian, as well! The best part about our last visit to Sushi Spot is that the chef was willing to make us a special dessert roll with sweet egg, strawberry, macadamia nuts, and a strawberry...
