Oh my goodness how have I never reviewed this company? Chef May Brings such incredible experience and talent to Humboldt County! We have been honored to host her at our tasting room for pop ups as well as private parties. We also enjoy her cuisine at her current location at The Cider Bar. She uses fresh ingredients and has plenty of vegetarian options for people like me! Recommend!!

Food was delicious! We had the pad Thai and pork “salad”… well spiced, reasonable portions. But dang, the atmosphere sucks. The cider bar is cold inside, noisy AF and folks were the most inconsiderate I’ve experienced in Humboldt… even at 2pm it was straight debauchery. LOUD shouting, m kids running amok… we took our elderly friends and it was so noisy everyone was uncomfortable.
