“I've been here a handful of times since the ownership change. The food is always good, the service very friendly, it's very clean and prices are reasonable. I always get a small town welcoming feel. I see some reviews of slow service but I think they are getting up and running so just be patient. They clearly are trying hard and care about their business and customers. They also have a good selection of beer on tap. I'm glad Arnold has a great pizza place. I recommend the Pizza Factory (btw I don't know any of the owners or staff so it's completely an objective review).“

“Ever since having one of my first jobs there, the quality has been amazing and although I moved away, when ever I visit I always have to stop by for a meal. They have done well with the place, the employees and the food. It’s just as much a part of Murphy’s as anything else. Now that I’m moving back home, I’m looking forward to enjoying that quality I have missed and never gotten from another pizza joint.“

“We had burgers one night, and pizza the next. We really enjoyed our meals both nights. The service was great the first night, but the second night, I think they had a trainee and the trainee definitely needed training especially in the manner in which she interacted with people. But all in all this is a great spot and the food is very good. Would come back again.“
