For vegetarians, the Pongal is out of this world. The ambience is pleasant, and with generous portion sizes and good value for the price, Amaravathi Express is a recommended spot for those seeking quality Indian cuisine. They have unlimited dosa on Tuesday and Thursday, and unlimited biryani on Wednesday and Fridays. The staff are friendly and kind, but the staff response and services are very poor, with staff more interested in closing the restaurant rather than receiving customers. The veg biryani was quite good, but the chicken biryani and dosas were disappointing.
