Had a great meal with a friend. I’ve eaten a lot of Ethiopian food, and this is some of the best I’ve had in California. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a good place to eat!

Food was exceptional and the service was even better! The sampler platter was the perfect amount of food for our group of 3 and offered so many varieties of dishes to try. I would definitely recommend!

We had the vegetarian platter and really enjoyed it. It was my first time trying Ethiopian food and I loved the Injera, it reminds me of South Indian dosa in terms of flavor, but soft and fluffier in texture! The setting is also beautiful with a lot of different bits and bobs from Ethiopian.

As much as I love their food, I couldn't try everything. However, my kids are hooked- they want the kitfo and awaze tibs almost every week. The 'Alex Special', which isn't on the menu, is prepared just for me and it's absolutely amazing. This is the best Ethiopian restaurant you'll find in the southern part of Los Anegels county and Orange County. The cleanliness, service and the smile of the server are exceptional. Be sure to ask for Ethiopian coffee when you're there- you'll love it.

The building may be a bit run down but the restaurant is clean, well themed and the food is amazing. I reccomend it to every vegan I know.

Always love getting the veggies combo special. But the lamb is nice too. Always plenty of injera so don't have to share. Very nice owner too.
