I love this place! This was the best chicken katsu and Mac salad I’ve ever had. Amazing service, will definitely be back. Ben was the sweetest ever! Positive attitude!!

I am beyond furious with this establishment. I received food that was completely burnt, to the point where it was literally inedible. I called back immediately, and the manager assured me I would receive a refund within 3–7 business days. She even sent me a receipt showing the refund was “processed.” Well, it has now been a week, and there is NO refund—not on my bank account and not on my Uber account.

I contacted Uber directly, and they confirmed no refund was ever issued. They told me to reach out to the merchant. When I called back, the same manager suddenly changed her story and told me to “talk to Uber.” I explained that I already had, and now they’re refusing to respond altogether. So here I am, still without my refund, and $45 has basically been stolen from me.

This place is fraudulent, the customer service is horrible, and serving burnt food like that is absolutely unacceptable. You should be checking your orders—especially to‑go orders—before sending them out. The food was so burnt and hard it was like chewing beef jerky. Completely charred, tough, and disgusting.

I am extremely dissatisfied, and I will never order from here again.

Amazing! The whole family eats here. Ribs are unique and usually aren't served anywhere, but really like how they are one of the only ones to serve it. Katsu and the chicken are always my favorite. I do however recommend that they have a different sauce instead of a house sauce. A regular teriyaki sauce would be really good, which is something I suggest.

The person working at the front is amazing! One man show during peak hours sometimes and I always see him working hard. Keep it up!

Decided to try this place out . I had pre-ordered ahead of time for pick up. Ordering Platform was a breeze and easy to navigate. I got the island beef ribs and the beef bowl. I was suprised at how many ribs you get and the amount of meat on it for only 18 bucks! It was plastic wrapped down so the package wouldnt leak which was helpful cuz I hate when my food leaks. The flavor of the meat was salty and greasy and that is just how i like my meat to taste. I was impressed. I spent a total of $30 bucks for dinner for myself and my honey. Location was easy to get into and parking was a abundant .

An elevated version of L&L Hawaiian BBQ but with higher quality food, smaller menu and portions, decent prices, better service. Food is brought to your table when ready. Highly recommended.

Inline ordering was so easy and clear… the sweet girl at the counter was helpful and explained the house sauce ( first timers) and outlined other items on menu for next time… but why stole the show was the food. The meat was flavorful and tender.. the Mac salad was creamy and fresh.. the house sauce was warm and topped off the plate. I highly recommend this restaurant

We went here for the first time recently. The food was good and the person that took our order was very nice. I asked for extra sauce for the chicken katsu which they happily put in the bag that was sitting on the counter, but unfortunately that wasn’t the bag that our food was put in. When we got home, which is 15 minutes away, I opened it to find no sauce at all for the chicken katsu. That’s my favorite part of that meal 😭😭. It was super annoying but luckily we had taken some of their house sauce which is yummy, the food and people were nice, and the prices aren’t outrageous. We’ll try again in the future. I also wish they had mixed plates so we could get multiple meats. We ended up ordering 3 meals so my husband could have it for lunch the next day.

I ordered the island beef ribs and it was delicious. The meat fell off the bone and was really juicy. I ordered through doordash and can't wait to try it in person. Definitely recommend this place
