My wife and I used to come here once a week to get ice cream but they kept jacking up the prices to the point where it's not practical to come here. We can afford it, but in principle can't justify paying 20 to 25% more every single year on ice cream.I think this particular location is more expensive than others and they are very greedy. We stopped coming here completely. Sad because we really love Grand Central station, but we'll just get our ice cream fix somewhere else

The ice cream is delicious and the Banana split is massive.The matcha ice cream is so good and actually tastes like matcha. They get very busy at times but service is fast.

I stood in line for five minutes. A man and his two kids walked up to the window and got served by the girl inside- so I walked over and I asked the employee do you not acknowledge the line anymore? I told her that I had been standing in line as directed by the sign above my head, and she lets these people just walk up and helps them. The man started to apologize and I said, forget it and left. This makes about the third time that this has happened.

Good ice cream. Banana pie tasted like the real deal. Service was friendly. Long lines in the sun weren't fun, but they were to be expected at a new location.
Small parking lot, but really amazing, and rich Death By Chocolate on a waffle cone. Got a small for under $8. The Death By Chocolate has this rich dark chocolate taste, ice cream has a nice texture where it is thick, and has a nice crunch from the nuts in Death by Chocolate. Service was quick and friendly. They have rewards to sign up for if you visit often.
