Ordered a simple 2-pizza order that were exactly the same pizza, except only 1 pizza was delivered. The solution was to credit me with 2 free pizzas in the future or a new pizza delivered in an hour. I got excuses that they only have 1 delivery driver who takes out multiple orders. Yeah... ummm... As a customer, that is not my problem, nor do I want to hear about it. Haven't ordered from here in a while, but now I remember why. I'll probably not order here again in the future.

This place always has amazing service. The staff members always seem to have a great atmosphere every time I come in to pick up my order.

So far, I've only ordered twice. Both times were through the web site (process tracking worked great), Brooklyn style, no extra toppings, for customer pick up, and everything was perfect. It's not exactly NYC pizza, but it's close enough to almost make me miss The Big Apple :)

Giving it a 1 star. But should be a zero. The manager is a liar. They messed up on a order and said we would get credit on the next pizza order. When we tried to order the next time around, said he doesn't remember anything and didn't have a record of it.The service sucks. They get orders wrong and don't care. Don't go off the positive reviews. Wouldn't be surprised if they're planted based off of ours and other people's experiences.Order from the Lakewood location if you can. Or other local pizza spots. You'll most likely end up a lot happier.

I love this Dominos. They are so awesome and I know that sometimes, people have unfavorable experiences here but it does not stop me from ordering from here and returning. They are definitely better than most other pizza joints in the area and I have always found the people who work here to be so cool and accommodating. They get worked to the bone and they give their all just to push pizzas out in a timely manner. They are doing their best and that is what truly matters and anyone who thinks otherwise should work here and see that it's not as easy as it looks.In terms of service and quality of food, I take them over any other Dominos, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, any day of the week.

Domino's Pizza has given me exactly what I ordered. Pizza was good and I would go again because of its affordability. Parking has never been a problem despite having a small parking lot shared with other businesses. I can't get enough of them chocolate lava cakes. I'm happy that I only order from this place perhaps once every two months. Hasn't let me down yet. Staff was friendly and worked quickly.
