Pollo locos are certainly not what they used to be. Smaller portions, not as tasty or quality prepared, the real downside was the salsa bar going away because alot of taker people abusing it stock piling to take home. I'll still go to EPL but not as often as before or not

Thank you to manager Karla and her employees for your help. Very good service and very friendly. Excellent food with the best flavor than all the other chickens I have visited around. I will continue coming to this location as long as they give us the best service as we have so far.

All I wanted was a double chicken tostada salad but apparently the el pollo loco thought hey let’s not put any chicken in her salad !! Who does that ? Packs tostada salda but forgets the main ingredient.. than I go back to get a refund managers NEVER ONCE SAID IM SORRY . Processed the return as if I was the one in the wrong for going back & I saw the back cook open a bag of rice with no gloves . HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. Now I see why there hiring that place is literally a mess
