The Vietnamese food here is amazing. Chef Kristen’s dishes are so creative and versatile. You can get acidic, sweet, salty, umami all in a single meal. The portions are perfect and the food is so fresh. Highly recommend going with multiple people so you can dine family style and try as many dishes as possible.
We enjoyed most of the food, except the baked clams were very overcooked which dried up the texture and ruined the taste. We are willing to coming back and trying more of their main dishes to re-evaluate.

Biggest red flag: We stood around a few minutes and finally yelled out hello! just to get their attention.
The chicken pho is totally made from a soup base and not the usual slow cooking from so many other pho spots. It was so overly salty and mostly inedible.
