We went for the first time today and boy was it delicious! I had the brisket bowl my husband had the 405 sandwich and we shared the brisket loaded fries, it was all delicious there was nothing left! Cudos to the person that is smoking the meats in Artesia location and the staff😊
Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Staff is unknowledgeable about company policies and state laws/regulations. After being directed to the Artesia location from the Chinatown location. This branch also refused to honor gift cards previously purchased from the same parent corporation. Then claiming the cards are expired despite no expiration date on the cards and state law stating that in California gift cards do NOT expire.
