My experience tonight started out bad. I placed an online order for pickup. The app stated my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told there was no order for me. The employee, James advised I check my account to see if the charge went thru as this happened with another customer he said and he was refunded. I checked my account count and the charge was there. James asked me what I ordered and started on it. 15 minutes later I had the pizza I ordered....read full review
Only 5 stars when AJ is there. His customer service over the phone and in person is the best. I requested accommodations such as having the knife cleaned before cutting since I am a vegetarian and he personally went back to clean and wash it for me. And every time I order pizza when he is there it's always the best pizza. Thanks AJ!
