It was good and healthy probably. I added the garlic sauce and sweet sauce thats on the table to add some extra flavor. You can taste the Quality. Nothing crazy but its good.

I've eaten at this place multiple times, and I never once had a disappointing experience. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The food was great -- well-portioned and appropriately-provided ingredients. Overall, IMO, this restaurant (and other places) is a food place worth eating at, no matter the occasion.

I love Pepper Lunch but had only had it in Japan. Tried this location today and it was exactly the same as in Japan! I’m always skeptical trying an international chain outside of their home country but it was nearly identical and equally delicious. In fact, part of me likes it better than the original because you can customize your bowls more and they have an even larger menu.

Sizzling beef pepper rice hit the spot!
I tried the classic beef pepper rice — piping hot sliced beef over a bed of rice, served on a sizzling plate with a scoop of butter melting on top. I initially thought everything was self-serve since ordering was done at a kiosk. Like most places post-COVID, the kiosk asked for a tip, and I declined, assuming I'd be grabbing the food myself.
To my surprise, the staff brought out the hot, heavy plate straight to my table. I felt bad for not tipping, especially after seeing the effort involved. I’ll definitely make it right on my next visit — this is something I think a lot of people might overlook due to the fast-casual feel of the place.
Portions are generous for the price, and the flavor was solid. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying something new.
Good spot overall — I’d recommend giving it a try!

Pepper Lunch has become our go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which makes every visit pleasant.
Their sizzling rice plates are the real star — watching and hearing them arrive at the table never gets old! We especially love the Sizzling Kimchi Beef Pepper Rice — flavorful and hits the spot every time.

A bit pricey but worth it. Sizzling food on a hotplate. Super friendly staff with hot and tasty food. Only downside is parking but if you don't mind walking 59 feet, then it's no biggie

This place is good for a quick but decent meal. The restaurant is in a busy plaza, and the parking spots are so tight - it's really common (and annoying) to see people double parked.
I felt pressure and urgency to try to place an order quickly. However they only have two menu panels by the door. When I asked the cashier about any promotions, she graciously explained that you get a free side (with purchase of two entrees) for checking in on Yelp. After paying, you get a number and find a seat. They bring the food to your table.
I got a well-done ribeye steak for $35 T.T If it wasn't left sizzling for so long, I feel like I could have enjoyed it more. The steak came with some veggies. The garlic chips and butter were the only good things on this dish. Very disappointing.
Looked up a different restaurant, Google listed this instead, mistaken identify. Did NOT enjoy the food. Neither my wife or I could take more than a few bites of main courses. Beef teriyaki was more veggies, less meat. Overpriced for what we got. Shrimp tempura was only dish we liked.
