“I came in on 12/27 around 2pm and there were 2 guys working ( Anthony and someone else I didn't catch his name tag)They were dealing with a crazy customer who was yelling at them, talking down at them over a small upcharge they didn't want to pay for. They took care of the rest of us in line while still handling her which I really appreciate. They didn't deserve that treatment and still kept a smile on their face. They kept a good attitude despite someone being rude and entitled!“

“Not sure why it took me so long to write a review for this spot. But I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I gotta say. I’ve tried açaí bowls from plenty of other spots, but this has been my #1 for a while. They are delicious and reasonably priced. Staff is great too and I like ordering makes it easy to get.“

“Soooo delicious!! Ordered to-go & took us a little over 20mins to get home & surprisingly my Shaved Iced dessert was still frozen! Very satisfied with how everything tasted. I ordered the Green Tea Snow with Oreos, Strawberries & Popping Boba combination. I loved it. I also ordered the Pistachio & Matcha Green Tea Macarons & the Milk Tea. The Pistachio Macarons & Milk Tea was delicious. Definitely recommend. (Didn’t get to try Jesse’s Breakfast)“

“I came here because my friends wanted dessert and we found this place on Google. I don’t usually like bingsoo because I always think it’s tastes too icy but this bingsoo was the first one I thought was really delicious! It’s very fluffy and creamy tasting! The workers are also very sweet and kind. Highly recommend!“

“Major props to Los Alpes Ice Cream. I get nostalgic every time I come here. I have been visiting since I was a kid and the memories I have from this place are all great. The quality is just as good today as it was back then. I literally met my best friend here over 30 years ago and the interior still looks exactly the same.

I love coming here every chance time permits when I am visiting Los Angeles. It is one of those places that brings me right back and it never disappoints.

The flavor selection is amazing. Even though I usually keep it simple with cookies and cream, I have a hard time resisting the mamey and nuez every single time. Their ice creams are packed with ingredients. Cookies and cream is loaded with actual cookies and the nuez has that perfect nutty richness in every bite.

The staff and owner are always attentive, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. This place is a true Los Angeles institution. It still surprises me how many people do not know about this gem. If you have never been, do yourself a favor and check it out. You will see why it has been around for decades.“

“I love the Bingsoo here, the portion for the price is great. The service is also great! The owner is very attentive.
A regular size is good for two people. There's plenty of tables, although they're shared with the other restaurant in the dining area. It's located inside the grocery store.“

“I really love it here. Even when busy the people are so helpful and patient. The drinks I’ve gotten so far have all been delicious and delicately crafted! My favorite is the dirty matcha! It’s a whole experience. The vibes inside are so freaking cute and dainty. Very Vietnamese feeling with the low chairs and tables, gives it some culture and makes it feel homey. Highly recommend to give it a try.“

Just when I was running out of soft serve I found more at the bottom lolSundae was perfect amount of chocolate and whipped cream. “Pricey but you pay for what you get: Real delicious deserts of good quality. They serve fruits, tostilocos, special drinks, nachos, cocktail, tortas and so much more! Try it and the taste will tell! It's unlike any other! My favorite is the Sangria drink that they uniquely prepare.“

“This place has the best fried banana I've ever had and their food is delicious. Come before noon so you have chance of snagging their batch of fried bananas before they sell out.

“This place is not called el Piquin Mexican Grill anymore. it’s called Taqueria La Fogata and since they have changed owners. the food has been so much better and more delicious than ever before. everything on the menu is great especially their chicken that they specialize in. every type of food from breakfast lunch and dinner. “Cocohodo holds a special place as one of our family's favorite snack spots. Today, we swung by to pick up a Cocohodo box to gift to a friend. Opting for a small box with 36 pieces for the gift and a smaller bag of 10 pieces for ourselves, we patiently waited about 15 minutes for our warm, freshly cooked Cocohodo. The place was bustling with activity as we waited, and we also noticed they offer a variety of beverages for purchase.
