The clean and welcoming atmosphere is complemented by good service, with staff being polite and patient, even with kids. While the chutney can be a bit spicy for kids, Udupi Palace is known for its authentic and tasty South Indian cuisine. Although some customers feel the experience has changed post-Covid and noted that the prices have increased, many still appreciate the relaxing ambiance and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
