The girl working today at 4:20pm was so rude we ordered two coffees she barely listened to us and I wanted a freshly brewed coffee under the hot beverages and she gave me a vanilla iced coffee which is not what I wanted then I asked her why my drink had ice bc it’s freezing today and she said that’s what I asked for and I told her I wanted a hot drink tho and my order was under hot beverages then she just says “that’s just how it is” then proceeded to just stare at me...read full review
It has been a while since I've had Cinnabon. And to find it in the outlet mall was a nice surprise. The lady that helped me even brewed a new, hot batch of coffee, just for me!

Came into cinnabon on Tuesday and was helped by a guy, he was super funny and upsaled as well. His name was samuel ill definitely be back for more cinnabons! I was alittle nervous coming in seeing all the bad reviews but im glad I did. I recommend the bon bites they where so soft.
