I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The service was awful. The older big Spanish man with white hair, a white mustache, and a white beard was extremely rude and aggressive. He did not provide good customer service at all, and his attitude made the whole visit uncomfortable.
I expect basic respect when I order food, but this location completely failed. I won’t be coming back unless they improve their staff’s behavior

This place is great unless you order after 4pm. They have teens in there who don't know what they are doing, most of the time they get my order wrong even if I placed it in the app, smh. You tell them the order code in the drive thru and when you get to the window to get your food they're still asking, what did you order? What did you order? And please, don't send me a link to report this to blah blah blah. Do your job and get this place up to standard.

Usually pretty good service but with the monopoly card going on right now they consistently don't give them out. It's happened about 4 times now. I had to start going to the one by 150th avenue instead cute, they don't mess up

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I went into McDonald’s expecting the bare minimum—basic customer service and a quick meal. Instead, I got completely ignored. I stood at the counter for several minutes while employees walked by me, looked in my direction, and chose not to acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing.

It’s one thing if a place is busy, but this wasn’t that—it felt like I simply didn’t exist. Honestly, it’s embarrassing for a global brand like McDonald’s to show this level of disregard for customers. A fast-food chain should at least be… fast.

If you want to feel invisible, this location has you covered. If you want respect and service, I suggest you eat literally anywhere else.

I waited 10 minutes to order in drive through. They were “only taking orders from one side” but I watched 6 cars leave because no one was taking orders from both drive through sections. I drove up to the window where you pay. I let them know that it wasn’t working and that I had been waiting. I was not rude. But I got the funniest answer that being, “ I can’t take orders because people come up to the window and talk to me”. Unbelievable. I tried to explain to her nicely again that she/they were only taking orders from one side. She again responded rudely that she was, “talking to the customer” and let 6 cars leave. I should’ve asked for her name because she was honestly just being petty it was at 5:14pm. I hope they switch her cause she’s just rude. This crew is not it. I come here often and the old crew was much nicer. This lady thinks she owns the place and was petty. The other two girls standing behind her were also just standing their talking when their was 3 cars ahead of us. But at least the guy at the next window was nice.

Dinning room hours say 9:30 and they closed a half hour early. That's a good way to lose business and your job. She said they didn't have a cashier yet someone was taking orders through the drive through. Make it make sense 🤷🏽

One breakfast order: 29 x charged, nothing in the bun, senior coffee not free. A young employee parks right in front of the entrance door; when I mentioned it to the Manager that walked in with the young fellow she pointed out there is lots of parking in the back?????

One manager totally messed up my order from what I told her. She ordered hot cakes which I never told her. She ordered it to go when I told her it was for there. This manager is completely incompetent. It is no wonder when customers orders are screwed up. The other manager made my order to go when I told her three times it was for there. I will never come back to this McDonald's again!!

The first photo shows what I ordered, while the other two show what I received. They could definitely do a better job with the preparation and wrapping of the burgers.

It seems like McDonald’s locations have lost their commitment to food quality and presentation.

I like the app and the promotions, but now I’m considering going somewhere else.

As McDonald's go, this one is better than most. Staff is nice. I do not like the new trend of requiring customers to use tge kiosks instead of people, though.
