This review is based off their egg tarts.I had a gathering with friends and family and my friend brought a box of egg tarts and these are the best I've ever had!! I was so happy she brought them. I've never had egg tarts so creamy with a little bit of mochi texture. I can't believe I've been missing out on these! Definitely looking forward to making a trip to their bakery.
Silva Bakery is a highly recommended, old school Portuguese Bakery. I've ordered custard pies here for my catering business on multiple occasions. Of course, I steal one for myself just for quality control purposes. I don't know what kind of special magic they are doing in the kitchen but these things are addictive. The vanilla custard filling is the what dreams are made of. They have my order ready and on time ever time I order. I'm a big fan.
