Depends on the staff... sometimes they will place your order correctly while other times there is mass confusion. Most of the time, the food is freshly prepared but beware when your food is re-fried for the umpteenth time and it food is chewwwwwwwy. Yuk. Make sure you check your order before you leave because they will NOT allow you to come back for a correct item.
Either really good or terrible. Half the time my fries are really good, other times they taste old and soggy. Tastes like they haven't changed their grease in a while. Messes up food a lot. It's OK here, but not great.
