Food was as usual, love the new snack wraps! Lisa was definitely the worst manager ever, saw her yelling at employees and she scared my child. Would not go back because of her, definitely needs new management.

Didn't get the right burgers with our order at all, a famous star and a western burger when we ordered a California double cheese and a guacamole bacon burger. I'd check my food before leaving the parking lot since it's a bummer when this happens on a road trip. Also the picture they've uploaded of the restaraunt on here just isn't what it looks like at all.

This "fast food" restaurant chain is completely and ridiculously SLOW. If you want to wait in the drive through line for 20 min this is it. And their customers service is soooo sad

There's a women who works at this location with a stars as a neck tattoo everytime I order with her she is severely rude and always get my order wrong I don't feel like she should be working there. One of the times I went she was on the phone ignoring people in the drive through saying how much she hates her co-workers. It's just very unprofessional and trashy

First, it's fast food, I get it. When you pay $20.30 for a Beyond Famous Star, Waffle Fry, Lg Coke with lite ice and an order of onion rings, you have expectations. I really do like the flavors of Carl's Jr, but like many complain, "the food is lukewarm." Waiting 10 minutes with no one in front of you and the food is almost cold when you get home, not acceptable. Truly, it's not the workers. It's obviously Carl's Jr operations model that has failed us and the workers. It doesn't matter what location you go to, it's the same thing. The 2 women working the window were great (other than not giving me lite ice). They kept me up to date. Corporate, get it together!

The drive through takes forever. 3 times in the past 2 weeks. At least 10 minutes each time. This time my order was completely wrong. Im typing this review as I wait in line. Never again will I go to this Carl's jr.
