Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a fast food place with very friendly employees who provide great customer service with lots of smiles. The service is quick and efficient, and the restaurant is clean with lots of room. The burger, chicken sandwich, and fries were delicious. The fish sandwich was very good, though the tartar sauce was a little too tangy but still delicious. A positive aspect is that whenever they accidentally cook too much food, they will offer it to you for free when you eat inside. However, ordering from the application was inconvenient as it would time out, requiring customers to go into the store to order in person.
