Starbucks offers a mixed experience. The staff is generally friendly and provides great service, even going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. However, the quality of the coffee can be inconsistent, and there have been instances of slow service and employees not fully focused on orders. The overall cleanliness of the store is maintained.
