If I could give one star I would. First of all the wine is awful. Second, we are part of an RV group called "Harvest Host". This is a program where we as a camper get to stay for a night at the winery as long as we patronize the business. We had a confirmed reservation for over a month in advance. Guess what, the owner cancelled us on the very day we were to stay. Leaving us high and dry with no place to stay.

Dave and I had a wonderful evening last week tasting Keith’s fabulous wines! He allowed us to park our RV there overnight, and he even joined us for dinner and shared his Story, which was quite amazing! We would highly recommend his wines...we bought almost 3 cases????????

Very strange place. Watch out for the variable pricing

We decide to use Harvest Hosts to secure an overnight camp spot for our RV! California is notorious for their inflexible RV attitudes and we have spent countless hours looking for places to stay. If the wine here was good - huge bonus! We looked online, after having spoken with Keith Nichols and booking our spot for the night, and were dismayed to see only 2 reviews on that site and both sub par. I was really disappointed. We decided to go ahead as we had already committed. Well, thank goodness we did. Keith was the best host, gracious, knowledgeable, informative, funny, and had really interesting stories about his “wine” life experiences to date. We sampled 8-9 wines, all 20 years aged or more, and I had a really hard time choosing my favourites. The Chardonnay was to die for; smooth, no heavy oak taste...a real treat. And, it just got better from there. His red wines are tannin reduced (I want to say) because of the wine making process he uses. I loved the Pinot Noir and the Cabernet-Franc the best. Honestly, we spent about 2 hours with what seemed like an old friend, albeit one with lots of knowledge about wines. A truly pleasant evening. His area to stay in, free of charge, was secured with a gate and we felt quite safe. So glad we stopped by! Thank you Keith!

Exceptional wines. The 2006 Tempranillo is one of the best I've ever had.
