Definitely try this place! The owner and the employees are so sweet and welcoming! We tried the mint chocolate shake and the peanut butter banana shake and they were delicious, not too sweet like protein shakes in other places tend to be. I we also tried the protein donuts and the waffles and they were perfect! Planet fitness, Kennedy fitness, the pit north, and the goat shack all get discounts!!!

The owner is an awesome, genuine, kind hearted guy, and it’s easy to tell that he has a passion for offering a high quality, delicious and healthy food with great service. His ingredients are all natural and everything I ordered was very fresh! I got a strawberry and banana bowl as well as a protein donut and they were both so delicious! I hadn’t had a donut quite like it before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was great! And he has really low prices compared to any place like this that I’ve been to! I’ll be going here anytime I go to the gym next door! Thank you!

Just had an amazing experience, Efrain the owner was super attentive and knowledgeable. He explained me everything about his shakes and wow the flavor on my shake was exceptional. I ordered a butter pecan shake and an energy refresher. 10/10 Will definitely be back.
